Nanofiber
Our Nano Diamond Mask 2.0 is made of a unique 4 - layer material from Nanovia, where the outer layers are made of Spunbond and the inner filter layer is made of Meltblown, on which a layer of nanofiber is applied. All the above layers in the last step go through the lamination, where they are thermally bonded and form a compact material, which according to tests shows 99.97% capture of particles, viruses and bacteria at a size of 30 nM.
Four layers
The filter material is made of 4 layers. A nanofiber filter layer sandwiched between two layers of nonwoven fabric.
Average thickness
The average thickness of the nanofiber is 50-80 nM. For comparison, the average pile thickness is 42000-95000 nM.
Fiber density
The fiber density after application to the filter layer is higher than with a standard filter.
Surface area
The surface area is much larger compared to a normal fiber.
